Booking & Service Policy
Vortex Black is dedicated to providing elite, secure transportation throughout Nashville, TN. All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card at the time of reservation. Service rates include base fare and fuel surcharges; however, parking fees, tolls, and additional stops requested during transit will be billed accordingly. A standard 20% chauffeur gratuity is recommended for our veteran-owned team. Clients are responsible for any interior or exterior damage to the vehicle occurring during the rental period. To ensure the highest level of vehicle readiness and safety, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all executive fleet vehicles.
Payment & Refund Policy
At Vortex Black, we understand that executive schedules can change. To maintain our military-grade precision and guarantee vehicle availability for all clients in Nashville, we adhere to the following refund policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours prior to pickup will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service, or 'no-shows,' are non-refundable and will be charged at the full booking rate. For specialized event bookings or long-distance transfers, individual contract terms may apply.
