Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2023. These Terms of Service govern your use of the professional transportation services provided by Vortex Black in Nashville, TN.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Vortex Black, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws in Nashville and the State of Tennessee.
2. Booking and Cancellation
Reservations are subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a full fare charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation including gratuity.
3. Wait Time and flight Tracking
For airport arrivals at BNA or private FBOs, we provide 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.
4. Passenger Conduct
Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all Vortex Black vehicles. Any physical damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be billed to the client at the cost of repair plus lost revenue during the repair period.
5. Liability and Licensing
Vortex Black is fully licensed (Nashville #OPVC-26-629) and insured. While we strive for extreme punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or mechanical failure.
